Plateau Lifting Bundle - Oak + Aluminium

The Plateau Lifting Edge is a compact, modular lifting edge designed to help you break through finger strength plateaus.

The aluminium base is extruded using the same structural principles found in aerospace engineering, giving it a strength-to-weight ratio that comfortably exceeds what you’ll ever be able to lift!

Swap between oak and aluminium inserts to change friction and feel, and use the included blocker to reduce the edge depth for harder sessions (15 mm / 10 mm). Each insert has two edge radii, one rounded for comfort on heavier lifts, and one sharper for a more positive edge when training smaller sizes.

Each unit is assembled by hand in small UK batches, using materials sourced within the UK.

The system is compatible with all Plateau inserts, so you can expand your setup as new edges, materials and angles are released.
