Camp Ball Nuts (previously known as Lowe Balls) has a unique design, which makes use of the principle of opposing wedges to give protection in thin parallel cracks where nothing else can be placed. A sliding ball pushes against a grooved wedge when weighted and the system provides enough protection against low fall factor falls. Ball nuts will protect fissures as small as 3mm while maintaining a breaking strength of 8 kN.
