Orders for in-stock items placed before 2pm (UK time) on a working day (weekdays excluding public holidays) are usually dispatched the same day, however, during busy periods this isn't always possible. If you would like guaranteed same-day dispatch, please make sure to select priority dispatch shipping at the checkout, before 2pm.
We will send a confirmation email as soon as your order is dispatched (please check your spam folder if you do not receive the email). You can log in to the BananaFingers website at any time to check the status of your order.

We are now offering Click & Collect from our warehouse in Bristol 10am-5pm, 7 days a week. This is free of charge, and will be available for collection within an hour after your order is placed. All of our stock is kept in our Bristol warehouse. The address is Banana Fingers Unit 8, Whitehall Trading Estate, Gerrish Avenue, Bristol, BS5 9DF, United Kingdom.

Wherever possible, we use Royal Mail Tracked as a delivery method. We will email you a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched, and an SMS if a mobile phone number is provided. This will allow you to track your order at multiple stages of the delivery process. If you do not receive an email, please check your spam folders before contacting us.
The Royal Mail Tracked 24h delivery service (1-4 estimate delivery days) is available for FREE for orders over £60 or £4.00 for orders under £60. Because of the excessively large size and shipping cost of bouldering pads, free standard postage will likely not apply. If your order weighs over 15kg, a 24Hr courier service will be used. We will ensure that your order is dispatched the same day so long as it is received on a working day (mon-fri excluding public holidays) before 2pm. Please note that this service is not guaranteed next day delivery or 24hr.
The Royal Mail Tracked 24 Priority Despatch - (1-2 estimate delivery days) is available for £5.50 for orders under £60, or £3.00 for orders over £60. If your order weighs over 15 kg a 24Hr courier service will be used. We will ensure that your order is dispatched the same day so long as it is received on a working day (mon-fri excluding public holidays) before 2pm. Please note that this service is not guaranteed next day delivery or 24h.
We offer DPD Express Tracked (1-2 estimate delivery days) for smaller costs of £8.00, regardless of your order amount. However, please note that if you place a LARGE crash pad in your cart, the order will be considered “extra heavy” and the DPD Express service will cost £15.
We offer DHL Express Shipping (1-2 estimate delivery days) for £9, regardless of your order amount. However, please note that if you place a LARGE crash pad in your cart, the order will be considered “extra heavy” and the DHL Express service will cost £30.
