1. How do I return an item?

2. How long do refunds take?

We aim to have all returns processed within 5 working days of receiving them, and once you receive the refund email, the money will be back in your account within 10 working days. 

3. Can I purchase more than one pair of shoes and return the ones that I don't want?

Yes, we are more than happy for you to do this.

4. I selected 'Click & Collect' as my delivery method. When can I collect my goods from your warehouse at Unit 8 Whitehall Trading Estate in Bristol?

We keep all our stock on site and so you can collect your order any time after you have placed it. We are open 10 am to 6 pm on weekdays, and 10 am - 5 pm on the weekend. Please note any items that are indicated as a pre-order will be unavailable for collection until notified. You can find our shop info here

Our shop is currently closed on Thursdays, but if you've received confirmation that your Click & Collect order is ready, you're welcome to pop in and collect it during this time.
