This sizing advice is based on two pairs of brand new shoes. Leather shoes tend to stretch more than synthetic shoes. When switching from synthetic to leather you may want to select a smaller size.

The La Sportiva Miura VS Woman is a downturned shoe that has been designed specifically for women first. This shoe excells on overhangs and allows you to grab on to tiny footholds on the rock and in the gym. This shoe has La Spotiva's P3 system integrated into the sole which ensures that it'll never lose it's shape. Three velcro straps make sure your foot won't come out even on the most tension ridden heel hooks you can find!

This shoe is a must have for any budding climber no matter the discipline!
