The La Sportiva Kataki is a hybrid shoe taking design features from both the Katana Lace and Otaki. The result is a medium/stiff shoe with a lace up closure to provide a dialed and precise fit and and S-Heel technology which provides stability in the heel no matter what direction you are pulling in during heel hooks. The use of the P3 power platform means that the Kataki will maintain its downturned profile during their life span and the Vibram XS Edge rubber provides you with confident and supportive foot placements. The overall design of the Kataki means that they will excel on steeper and edgier routes or boulders but they wont let you down as an all round performer either.
