Grivel Beta Captive

The Beta Captive Quickdraw is a sport draw with a difference to increase safety and ease of clipping. The innovative Captive system on the top straight-gate carabiner is a sprung gate that stops the sport dogbone from rotating,so that the carabiner is always orientated along its working axis where it strongest, preventing cross-loading and that heart in mouth moment when you realise your binder has turned upside on your harness or bolt and you cannot open the gate for lor nor money. The sling is thick and tough polyester perfect fro grabbing on a redpoint burn and the bottom biner is a Gamma wire-gate carabiner. The wire-gates reduce weight and make these quickdraws stronger, less likely to ice up, suffer less from gate flutter and less likely to break if cross-loaded. Available in two lenghts: 13 and 18 cm.
