Edelird Aramid sewn slings have a greater breaking strength than conventional slings (22kN). The Aramid construction makes these slings stiff but they can easily be bent and they will hold that shape making them ideal for threads. The 30cm version is a little softer and has a soft braiding because its intended use is as a Prusik sling.
