The Scarpa Generator Mid is designed to help you climb harder, longer, and with greater comfort on crack climbs and long mountain routes. The high ankle with soft padding allows you to torque into hand-sized cracks with greater force and less pain, and it generally protects your ankle against rock abrasion on harsh mountain terrain. Combine this with a neutral shape and stiff midsole, and you have a climbing shoe that excels on long trad climbs, mountain routes, and big walls.
