Petzl Meteora

The redesigned Meteor helmet now has a model designed for women specifically, the Meteora. The Meteora is a super comfortable, versatile, lightweight and compact helmet with extra enhanced protection and plenty of ventilation. Suitable for rock climbing, mountaineering and ski touring, in fact it has been designed to be worn with ski goggles as well as a headlamp and is CE certified for ski touring. The helmet comes in one size Small/Medium (52-58 cm) and the omega semi-rigid adjustable headband has a notch making it compatible with a ponytail. At just 225g it feels barely there yet gives some of the best protection on the market with Petzl’s top and side protection label, to protect against top, side and rear impacts, that occur on impact of the head with rock, as well as from top down rockfall.
