The Beal Diablo 10.2mm utilises the multiple award winning UniCore technology to provide a rope which offers increased safety and the best handling characteristics.
The UniCore process allows the rope core to be joined to the sheath without affecting handling or flexibility. It also means that the sheath will not slip even when used in the worst conditions (e.g. top roping or active belaying). If the sheath becomes cut or torn, the core and sheath will remain bonded so that the climber can pass the damaged section and doesnt become stuck.
The 10.2mm diameter of the Beal Diablo rope provides durability and reassurance whilst its finely woven sheath and supple handling will give the feel of a much thinner rope for easy clipping and better abrasion resistance.
